Jyothis Mariya Joy

Full-stack & product engineer · Kerala, India

I build delightfully useful software, end to end. Web, mobile, and the real AI in between.

Third-year CS student at Christ College of Engineering. I take ideas the whole way, from data model to last pixel, and I like the ambitious ones: receipts that read themselves, health records that explain themselves, storefronts that know your skin.

MedVault-X: One medical record, four points of view.

MedVault-X

2026

One medical record, four points of view.

A role-based healthcare platform that gives patients, doctors, hospitals, and labs their own purpose-built view of the same record, wired with practical AI: an OpenFDA drug-safety check on every prescription, longitudinal health trends with plain-language insights, AI risk prediction, and AI-validated lab pathology.

SpendSense: Your money, on autopilot.

SpendSense

2026

Your money, on autopilot.

An AI personal-finance app you barely have to touch. Forward a WhatsApp message, snap a receipt, or just say what you spent, and it logs and categorizes itself. A webhook watches SMS and WhatsApp, a GPT-4o copilot projects your savings (or roasts your habits), and a Smart Spend Radar evaluates impulse buys before you make them.

GlowMart: A storefront that knows your skin.

GlowMart

2025

A storefront that knows your skin.

A complete AI beauty storefront (catalog, cart, multi-step checkout, user and admin dashboards) with an AI Style Quiz, an on-page Beauty Assistant, a Virtual Try-On, and recommendation models surfaced right in the admin. Built solo in a one-day HeroUI Hackathon sprint.

Soorya Homes: Timeless comfort, naturally felt.

Soorya Homes

2026

Timeless comfort, naturally felt.

A premium marketing site for a private Kerala homestay beside the Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Foundation, positioned as a home, not a hotel. It pairs an animated, editorial hero with a room-by-room spaces tour, an interactive 'surroundings' explorer with map modals, and a Formspree enquiry flow.

Taskly: Personal to-dos meet team momentum.

Taskly

2026

Personal to-dos meet team momentum.

An offline-first Android productivity app that pairs personal task management with a full team-collaboration hub. Plan your day with categories, a month calendar, and a stats dashboard, then switch to a team space to assign work, submit it for review, and track progress, all backed by Room with a reactive Compose UI and no login or network required.

About

I'm a developer who cares about how things feel, not just whether they work. Most of what I ship leans on one belief: good software should feel effortless and a little delightful.

I move across the stack: React and TypeScript on the front, Django REST and Node/Express behind it, Postgres and Prisma under that, Kotlin and Jetpack Compose on mobile. I'm happiest where product, design, and engineering meet, owning a feature from schema to the last interaction.
