A role-based healthcare platform that gives patients, doctors, hospitals, and labs their own purpose-built view of the same record, wired with practical AI: an OpenFDA drug-safety check on every prescription, longitudinal health trends with plain-language insights, AI risk prediction, and AI-validated lab pathology.

Health data is scattered across clinics, labs, and apps, and each role needs something different from it. MedVault-X puts it in one vault and shapes it per role, without losing the audit trail.

What it does

  • Four role-based portals (Patient, Doctor, Hospital, Lab) over a single record, with JWT auth plus consent and audit logging
  • Every prescription is validated against the OpenFDA Drug Label API before it saves
  • Longitudinal health tracking turns lab values into trends, risk flags, and plain-language insights (Recharts)
  • Token-based appointments with per-doctor daily limits, plus Emergency QR, symptom checker, and triage
  • AI Clinical Assistant, AI Risk Prediction, and AI-validated lab pathology
