A premium marketing site for a private Kerala homestay beside the Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Foundation, positioned as a home, not a hotel. It pairs an animated, editorial hero with a room-by-room spaces tour, an interactive 'surroundings' explorer with map modals, and a Formspree enquiry flow.

Built for a real property: a family house for long stays and work-from-home. The brief was warmth and trust, calm and unhurried, rather than generic hotel polish.

Animated hero with a layered three-card photo stack, plus GSAP ScrollSmoother and SplitText section reveals
Room-by-room Spaces tour and a scrollable photo gallery with arrow, dot, and keyboard navigation
Interactive Surroundings explorer: a draggable carousel with category filters and embedded Google Maps modals
Formspree enquiry flow with stay-type selection, validation, and success / error states
SEO-ready (dynamic sitemap, robots, Open Graph, PWA manifest) and statically prerendered on Next.js for fast loads
